I don't think that plays into it at all in the End Game. You have to take out the person you think will win the game. So that's who I'm voting for tonight Cheers lass, me too. Just wish we 'greed on who that was. Who do you think is most likely to win the Game from this point? Is that a result of your read on the Wizengamot, or the Side dynamics of who might still get eliminated?

Less than three minutes to confirm your votes, by the way.

Digg was part of a group that had all agreed to stick together until F4, but some of those folks got itchy feet n' decided to make a move earlier. I expect whichever o' us goes here, they can explain more to him directly. How does that impact the vote tonight? Is there still loyalty among what remains of this group, or has that illusion been fully shattered? I'd say in an odd way, it doesn't change much at all? If Digg was here, I'd be strugglin' a lot more 'bout votin' for folks that had always been straight with me. Gettin' bamboozled like that sorta released the emotional weight o' this, n' now I can play a bit more coldly. It makes it easier.

Why weren't you happy with the result? You did control what happened with three separate Immunities, so what went wrong? oh no, i mean i still think result were correct game-wise, just it's different "emotions-wise". You know all these situations when you need to choose between heart and brain? However you choose, either heart or brain won't be happy. Those kinds of decisions do tend to come up in the Survivor endgame, especially with PBvO in play. Are you experiencing a similar conflict tonight?

Is that a result of your read on the Wizengamot, or the Side dynamics of who might still get eliminated? Oh, I think Barty takes this pretty cleanly. Lily's more loved but could never persuade him off murderin' her friends, n' Black's been on the outside o' most of the votes. But the pairs thing means he's still safe when it should be open n' shut to kill him here. Sorry lad, it's just the obvious truth in my eyes.

All votes are now final.
I'll go tally the votes, and this will take significantly less than five minutes.
As Hidden Immunity Items are no longer in play, I'll begin reading the votes in my next post...

So that's who I'm voting for tonight Without Items to worry about, do you feel comfortable naming who that is? What can you do to persuade other people to see things the same way, and join their votes to yours rather than writing your name down? Ahhhhh about that..... I'd like to play something I picked up at the Like the Present Challenge ![](https://i.imgur.com/DcJzc0m.png) When there's an EMERGENCY, I can go use it to turn back time and change the threat to me to ZERO

THE LAST VOTE: ![](https://i.imgur.com/zbdWYxR.jpg) "Sorry lad, I tried to warn you this is how it'd go." So we have a tie. 2 votes Yaxley and 2 votes Crouch. Here's how the procedure will work: Crouch and Yaxley, you will plead your cases to the rest of the Side. Lily and Regulus will have 10 minutes to cast another vote, against either Crouch or Yaxley. If anyone does not cast new vote, their original vote will stand. If we have another tie on the re-vote, we will move to a Tiebreaker Duel between Crouch and Yaxley. The second vote deadline is 9:45.

I mean I've already told Regulus all my arguments before about why I thought Yax has this locked up, even if he promises to take him to F2 ... so I'm not sure what any more discussion will do to change things

Regulus, all my plead was in my last message to you. And you asked about how Jury is looking at this - I strongly believe that this is super anti-Barty Jury. I burned way too many bridges to expect Jury votes here. Everyone who were upset about me not turning on Diggle - were upset about me and Lily, as nobody expected Yaxley to turn here. Yaxley is a challenge beast who had 2 less fortunate challenges. He will win FIC and you won't have any chances against him in front of Jury. Nobody will have chances against him in front of Jury.

I've already plead my case 'nough, I reckon. I was sincere n' honest with all of you. But sure, I'll give it another go.
Lily, it's flatterin' you think I'm the most dangerous player in the game, but I reckon you're wrong? Since the merge, I've had three immunities and two extremely-near death experiences, this round and last round. This is the first night Barty receives a vote at all, n' he was the one who actually had his big moves work out. He even forced your hand on goin' for Digg over me. I think you keepin' him here is signin' your own loss warrant. But I don't reckon you'll change your mind because at the end o' the day, you n' Barty are best mates from outside o' this. I don't love it, but I understand it.
Black, we both know you've got nuthin' to lose here. Swappin' to lettin' me die means you 100% need to win the next challenge or they kill you anyways n' go to the end as a pair. Not much else to say on that, I reckon.

Oh my god, lad, I've flubbed every single challenge in the game outside of two of them. The other two I won were dumb fuckin' luck because people forgot I was in the game in the first place. If I was a challenge beast I'd have immunity right now, and I would have had it last round too.

Oh, I had three near-death experiences, actually. I nearly died the round Tonks did too.
