The Ministry once again offers its most sincere and profuse apologies for the magical memory mishap which (through no admitted or provable fault of their own) seems to have left you and your loved one unaware of your shared history... for the time being.
In order to recover your memories, you will need to prove yourselves worthy of the Ministry's time and attention even in these troubled times, via the newly expanded House Points system from a certain school of female spellcasting and male spellcasting.
Throughout The ORG of the Phoenix there will be many opportunities for you to earn House Points, which we shall keep track of using this fancy and ever-updating magical scoreboard:
Fleur and Rodolphus House Points:
Write in your Journal each round for week 1 - 10 points
Join a new Side during the Swap - 5 points
Sit out of a Challenge (Building's Team) - 2 points
All lines posted and timed correctly in Ticked Off - 5 points
Gift claimed in Like the Present - 5 points
Reach the Merge - 10 points
Write in your Journal each round for week 2 - 5 points
Send Owl Post - 6 points
Receive a Wand from an eliminated player - 5 points
Write in your Journal each round for week 3 - 5 points
Current Total: 58 points
House Points may be accrued by completing any of the tasks on this comprehensive list:

(Oh rats! Um... we shall also work on restoring the above list parchment, as soon as we find the time...)
If you can gather 100 House Points between you, the Ministry will gather an assembly of the greatest magical healers St Mungos has to offer, and correct your memories with a Mutual ID Reveal. This will allow you to talk together freely as though in an Open-ID setting, within the confines of the Floo Network board.
Note that until you are able to earn the Mutual ID Reveal, all communication with your partner must follow the Closed-ID rules:
The ORG of the Phoenix is Closed-ID, meaning that players may never compromise their identity in any way to anyone inside or outside the game. This is in order to maintain a fair and level playing field for all.
Please refrain from making references or comments which could allow others to narrow down who you are, including references to where you signed up from or particular ORGs you have played in previously. General comments with no specific or provable information (eg. "I've played in many ORGs over the years") are allowed, though of course they may not necessarily be true.
Speculation about the identity of other players is forbidden.

If you have any questions about the House Point system, this is the best place to ask.
The Ministry wishes you much luck in earning back your memories, and also a very pleasant day.
