No images and no false signatures. But you don't need to end with a signature either.

I've never even come close to laughing as hard during an ORG as I did while writing this one

Date: 11 May To: Regulus Black From: Igor Karkaroff
To Mr. Black,
I meant to write you a big long letter, but I nearly went to sleep before realising I hadn't sent one. So I apologise for this not being the length I was hoping for.
I wanted to write to you to both congratulate you on lasting two votes in your current circumstances (through no fault of your own), and to apologise again for what happened at the Lestrange vote.
I completely understand that you'd be beyond pissed at me for what happened. I'm very upset with myself as well. I completely played myself and I got played by Lucius. I put my trust in him, in hopes of keeping a strong relationship going with him and it really bit me in the ass.
I had no idea about the idol. Apparently Barty knew beforehand, I don't know how long beforehand. And I don't know about Yax. Yax isn't happy at all about what went down though, at least that's what he's putting out here.
I am more than happy to fully explain everything that happened in detail when we meet up again. I hope you're willing to give me another chance, and that we can possibly work together at the merge.
Pyrites is the first target here, no question. It may be a bigger win for your side than you're anticipating. However after that it's looking like Wood. So if you feel that you need to switch, then pick Wood I'd say.
I tried my best to get people over here to pick to switch with you, in case you got voted out. And I sent letters trying to get Lucius voted out. You probably don't believe me, and I would understand that. But it's true, you didn't do anything to me and I consider you as someone I want to work with.
Anyway this is now much longer than I anticipated when I started writing. I hope Lucius has at least been staying on people's radars over there and you're finding your footing. Looking forward to seeing you at the merge.
Yours sincerely, Karkaroff

A flock of owls fly overhead, and not a single one lands in front of you. Still hopeful, you wait and wait... but eventually every owls departs and still you have nothing. Then on the way out of the Great Hall, a scrap of parchment on the floor catches your eye...

Date: 12 May To: Fleur Delacour From: Igor Karkaroff
To Ms. Delacour,
Lucius and I were working together. He said I was his number 1, he wanted a ride or die in the game and he wanted me to be his. He said he wanted to be open and honest with me. He helped me crack the code to the idol, told me he'd tried to get it and other people must have gotten to it first because of previous page visits. So I went and did it, and didn't get it. But it was only the 2nd person to get there that would get it. So then Lucius goes and gets it, and doesn't tell me of course.
I was in an alliance of 5 with him, though people started putting pieces together and realised that he is in the centre of a power trio (Lucius, Yax and Barty) and that trio is playing everyone else against each other. They come together as three (HK, Black and Lestrange), and include me in it. I wanted to play the middle at this point, and I trusted Lucius. So I kept him updated on what was happening. And then you know the rest, Lucius gets spooked and decides to make a move immediately (despite the unanimous target being Pyrites) to stop any potential group from forming. Despite the fact that he had created a ridiculous amount of group chats with everyone himself. The idol move on Pyrites was made with his trio. So if Lucius gets through this next vote, I think they'll re-connect and help each other through whatever independent alliances everyone has.
Lestrange being the vote. The alliance of 5 had decided on Black being first. Lestrange and Black were the 2 not in it. The target was always looking like it was Black, but Lucius and I privately recognised that Lestrange was actually a more dangerous player so we discussed taking him out. Nothing was ever decided, but I'm sure that conversation helped him decide to take out Lestrange instead of Black, HK or myself. And I suppose it now gives him something to hang onto when it comes to throwing me further under the bus.
Looking forward to properly speaking with you at the merge. There's more to discuss.
Yours sincerely, Karkaroff
