![:lumos](https://i.imgur.com/6QU1N5T.gif) Accio Fleur Delacour! Time has unfrozen and you're back on the correct Side of the War. Day 1 is already on the verge of Day 2, with so much Game lying ahead! If you haven't done so already, please check out all the new threads in The Three Broomsticks (the official Welcome thread, Proboards for Trolls, Ominoculars), you Side Board (another Welcome thread) and especially your Diary Journal (Owl Post, Switch and Flick). Otherwise, go meet your Side Buddies! Then feel free to check back in and enlighten us on these points: 1. How do you think Day 0 went for you? Do you know much about how the other Pureblood vs Order pairings fared? 2. How are you finding Grimauld Place? Were you expecting this kind of setup? 3. What are your first impressions of your new Side Buddies? And what impression are you aiming to give them? 4. What influence do the PBvO pairs have on your Game now that they've all been split between the Sides? Do you expect the Owl Post or Flick and Switch twists to change that? 5. Finally, do you have indications yet of how a first Vote might go? How about any plans or longer-term strategies for surviving on this Side?

RIP, there's still so much information to go through. I think you mentioned something about familiarizing ourselves with the board structure, and especially knowing the ORG of the rings I'm most certainly going to do that (even if I wouldn't necessarily think you'd do the same thing twice in a row ![:P](http://images.proboards.com/new/tongue.png) ) 1. Honestly, I feel like the main concern is that my day 0 buddy may not be the most active person so that could hurt in the medium run (also right now my guess would be Des, mayyybe 60% based on how he talked and all, could be wrong obviously but I'll keep updating my thoughts on this if I get a chance to see him in action more). The switch and flick is an interesting concept that I might find more useful personally if we had more day 0 interactions. As things stand, I don't think I'd stick my neck out for him like that. Also based on activity that I was monitoring alone, I'd say a lot of other people were spending a whole lot more time online... 2. Yes, actually I think I even said as much ![:P](http://images.proboards.com/new/tongue.png) Like even with a crazy Peter, I feel like you probably dsidn't really have a choice here even if you might have wanted to do something else ![:P](http://images.proboards.com/new/tongue.png) 3. Love Oliver and Tonks so far. Also Diggle's opening message seemed pretty nice but he hasn't gotten back to my reply yet. Then there are 3 people who haven't yet shown up and 2 who haven't messaged me. I already sent Lily a message and might as well to the other one too soon. 4. See my answer to the 1st question (sorry for already screwing up your order of questions!) I think owl post seems really interesting. Sort of like the messaging concept in Blitzkrieg (although there it was the only way to send messages, and of course not exactly the same anyway. But this reminded me of that). I don't necessarily think I'd be relying on my partner too much though, but if I had a stronger connection, the correct move would be to message your own partner first, and then after that someone else, possibly recommended by your partner. I'm much better at an ongoing conversation than one off messages though so that might end up being a bit of a problem for me. Hopefully I manage to make the most of it though. 5. So I should probably answer this one in a few hours when I've actually had a chance to talk to anyone. I'm kinda hoping though that there would be one inactive-ish person because this scheduling can be pretty bad for me if we have to go and vote immediately. Well, at least Oliver and Tonks seem to have a positive impression of me so hopefully those connections can keep me safe. I mean that would be nothing new, I'm pretty much used to having to rely on a couple of strong connections to carry me through early on. I still remember Ghibli where I was probably 3rd from the bottom for the first few rounds ![:P](http://images.proboards.com/new/tongue.png)

Sooo, there's a chance you did this on purpose, but I feel like I have to ask. Were you meaning to link us to the org of the rings forum 3 times in the welcoming thread? ![:P](http://images.proboards.com/new/tongue.png)

You passed, and now everyone else shall not pass!

Too late, if we go by the amount of guests over there today ![:P](http://images.proboards.com/new/tongue.png) At one point there were six people viewing the production logs

I like how lily took what was basically my throwaway comment about sending a message to her partner and ran with it to build some strategy around it, when I swear that I didn't have any expectations of reciprocating from her ![:lol](https://i.imgur.com/X4ixXao.gif) I hope I didn't commit too much but it's not like I have any better ideas, and if this turns into an alliance I'd have nothing against it

I feel like I should do a compilation of all the people who have suddenly asked me (or have told me that they were going to) send a message to Lestrange on this round ![:lol](https://i.imgur.com/X4ixXao.gif)

One of the requirements for reps was no main characters. We're making our own canon ![:)](http://i.imgur.com/CDh73Hn.png) That makes more sense. I would’ve preferred to be a random hobbit or even a random NZ mountain than be Frodo given the choice. This made me laugh out loud ![:lol](https://i.imgur.com/X4ixXao.gif) poor Rafe that we made him be Frodo instead of a random hobbit 🤣

I can see some battle lines forming. Apparently there's one group who all seems to like each other; which is me, Tonks, Lily and, Oliver (Diggle somewhere in the middle, maybe liked vby some, maybe not so much by others) and on the other side Kingsley, Moody and Figg with Dumbledore and Fletcher not really fitting in, as far as I can tell, on either side. But the former group seems to be pushing for Kingsley to go whereas the latter might be able to stomach booting Fletcher easier (although I only have Diggle's word of this so far) so that immediately puts us at a more perilous position, even if the latter group wouldn't be very strong (as I only have Kingley saying that he likes them. I mean, how????) but it already means that the former group of me/Tonks/Lily/Oliver (not super solid either but I do have all of us talking how much they like the other 3) doesn't get cocky because we are only 4 after all, in a Side of 10. So hopefully we can get a 5th person and possibly have something more solid in place after tomorrow. I would want it to be Diggle but I don't want to push too hard I want to see that both sides would be comfortable with that alliance first.
Famous last words but unless things really turn upside down, I'm not too worried about tomorrow.
