Congratulations on your first Immunity win as The Daily Prophet... however narrow that win may have been ![:giggle](https://i.imgur.com/GdXDrBY.gif) 1. What do you think would have happened had you needed to Vote last round, after just one day together? 2. Do you expect the same thing to happen if you need to Vote at the end of this round? Or are things shifting as you spend more time together? 3. How do you perceive the Side dynamics? Who do you think is working together, and where do you think you sit? 4. Will Mundungus leaving have any ripple effect on your Side? With Owl Post and PBvO partners in play, is it possible for The Daily Prophet to operate without considering the events on the other Side? 5. We still haven't seen a Switch Charm used. Does the new ability to cast it upon anyone change your approach toward it?

Hello, it's your favourite OTTN3 villain coming in for another night of diary entries!
I think I answered most of this in my last diary entry but Kingsley was going. Looking back at my voting history he was always my alternate preference because we just never quite seemed to have a working relationship and I was suspicious of his relationship with people like Tonks and Moody who went in to bat for him quite heavily. Losing him would put us even more in a minority (technically enough for them to split on us) but I'm fairly confident in my relationship with Crouch at least, and he seems to trust Yaxley quite a lot (maybe his no 1?)
I'm really glad Dung left. He was coasting through the game as the biggest inactive goat and if he got to the merge he would have made it really far. The other reason why I'm glad is that Malfoy was the likely alternate and part of me worries what would happen to Oliver's allegiance should Malfoy go. A lot of his plans rely on the 3 couples making it to merge and having a majority. Part of me wonders if Fleur/Tonks agreed to sacrifice Dung (who they weren't really invested in anyway) for this round to not send alarm bells to Oliver/I
In which case, I almost feel it's better for the Daily Prophet to lose this next challenge so Fleur can pretend she's still with Malfoy for one round longer. Us booting Kingsley might also be a signal to Tonks that Hedwig's Killer is safe.
I'm still very wary of Hedwig's Killer and my preference is for him to be Cancelled before the merge so he can't reunite with Tonks and wreck havok in the merge.
The good news is I'm almost certain (*cue this coming back to bite me) that we merge at 11 so that there will be a jury of 9 people for a F2. Which means that pending Switches, there are only 3 more vote offs.
If we vote off Kingsley, that only leaves two other rounds - hopefully they boot Pyrites/RAB and we can boot HK, leaving 3 couples at the merge (but I think that Malfoy has his work cut out for him if he wants to make merge)
I was surprised by the lack of switching pre-swap and i think the swap mechanics make it even more difficult, unless you KNOW you're on the bottom - e.g. Kingsley could have switched with Dung to end up with majority Order members. But it is a very visible mutiny and relies on you having good reads on the game - and those with good reads aren't usually on the bottom to begin with
I think my main challenge this swap will be managing Oliver. He's SUCH a loose cannon. I don't think he really reads any of my missives properly and then gets all emotional when he thinks that he hasn't been told something/impulsively blurts something sensitive out in the group chat rather than hash it out privately. I really miss Fleur. I didn't fully trust her intentions but at least she was reliable
