Congratulations on surviving your first Magical Council in The Department of Mysteries... but commiserations on needing to, after that Immunity loss ![:giggle](https://i.imgur.com/GdXDrBY.gif) 1. Give us your account of how the Mundungus vote came together. Were you expecting it to happen? Were you glad that it did? 2. How do you perceive the Side dynamics? Who do you think is working together, and where do you think you sit? 3. If you need to Vote again at the end of this round, will it be another unanimous vote? Or are things shifting as you all spend more time together? 4. With Owl Post and PBvO partners in play, is it possible for The Department of Mysteries to operate without considering the events on the other Side? Who or what are you invested in over at The Daily Prophet, and how important are they to your overall Game? 5. We still haven't seen a Switch Charm used. Does the new ability to cast it upon anyone change your approach toward it?

So I’ll post answers to the questions soonish, but I just wanna say, I am SO confused by this whole idol mess. The idol has been clearly taken, but I don’t know who has it, and no one is owning up to it. What’s annoying is that I feel like all the information I need to solve the case has been laid out, but it’s not clicking. And what’s annoying is that I just know someone else I trust also knows this person has it.
From what I’ve heard, it was Crouch that sent the link to Fleur to pass on to Lily, which she did? But then Lily passed it on to Dedalus, who passed it on to Moody, who passed it back to Fleur? But Fleur is saying she has no idea who has it because when both she and Lily tried to access it, neither of them got it. She also told me that she heard from the grapevine that Diggle found it because Lily had worked with him to get it. But THEN, I asked Diggle and he said he hadn’t found it, and I trust that he’s telling the truth. So could it be Moody? It could, but when he was so low on the chain of people to get the link, it wouldn’t make much sense?
I’m starting to think its Lily that has it? What makes sense to me is that she must’ve worked with Fleur to get it. I honestly think Fleur knows who has it. She’s in the middle of all of this, and I just know this has her fingerprints all over it. I’m gonna quickly reread all my messages and see if I’m missing something.

1. Give us your account of how the Mundungus vote came together. Were you expecting it to happen? Were you glad that it did? - There was a lot of uncertainty yesterday morning with such a big shakeup. Everyone from Grimauld was trying to figure out how they liked each new DE and how they fit into our game, if it all. After hearing about the trouble Lucius caused at his last magical council, Fleur and Diggle really wanted him gone. Buuuuttt, I actually quite like him. He’s straightforward, and doesn’t BS. I know he’s sucking up to me to save himself, but I genuinely think he would serve me quite well. So in our group chat of 4, I diverted attention back on Mundungus, where everyone was sort of on the fence with him. Pretty quickly, everyone saw that it was better to just remove Mundungus as the easy safe vote. I was defineitly expecting this to happen, although I was a bit nervous towards the beginning of magical council due to the chaotic day. I’m very glad it went the way I planned, although it will only get harder now.
2. How do you perceive the Side dynamics? Who do you think is working together, and where do you think you sit? - The side dynamics are MESSY. You’re going to need to employ cleaners at the department of mysteries to clean after the mess of some of these people. On surface level, its a boring 5-3 swap. BUT, Pyrites is Moody’s partner, and he’s working with Malfoy to. Both are against Regulus due to what happened at the Death Eater council. So the Death Eaters are fractured. Then, on our side, we have some uncertainty of our own. This idol situation is a mess. I feel like someone is defs lying to me, but I can’t figure out who. As soon as I land on someone as the likely suspect, new information comes and I switch to someone else. It goes in circle and circles. I’ve narrowed down my 3 suspects to Fleur, Lily and Moody. Then, it looks like Diggle is going where the wind blows, towards flip-flop ville. Moody is also being weird, with him apparently snitching on Fleur and I to him that we targeted Malfoy? This was never true. THEN, we have Mundungus, who randomly wanted to go to rocks becuase why not? If only he had that fight from the start. There was also word of an alliance that was attempted to be formed with everyone but myself and Mundungus, but no one is owning up to its inception. I have a million questions right now.
3. If you need to Vote again at the end of this round, will it be another unanimous vote? Or are things shifting as you all spend more time together? - Will it be unanimous? Maybe? But it won’t be a reflection of allegiances. There’s going to be a lot of clashing coming up soon, with people wanting different people gone. I’m keen to keep Malfoy and vote out Pyrites, while Fleur wants Malfoy gone and Moody won’t want Pyrites gone. I also accidentally told Oliver to switch to Regulus instead of either of the other 2, which was really silly. But judging from Lily’s mail, they are fine for at least one magical council. Things are defs shifting as we start to get to know the Death Eaters.
4. With Owl Post and PBvO partners in play, is it possible for The Department of Mysteries to operate without considering the events on the other Side? Who or what are you invested in over at The Daily Prophet, and how important are they to your overall Game? - Yes it is possible, but smart? HELL NO. We need to consider what happens on the other side. Part of the reason I thought it was good to vote out Dung was simply so it didn’t give the mesasage that we wanted Death Eaters out one after the other. They have precious cargo on the other side that need to come home, Oliver and Lily. I also have my partner on the other side, who is really stressful in general. Half of my game is on the other side, as they represent the rest of my competition. I have to keep one eye over here and half an eye over there.
5. We still haven't seen a Switch Charm used. Does the new ability to cast it upon anyone change your approach toward it?\ - Defs. You can use it in quite inventive ways to save your allies in trouble. I don’t think I’ll be in trouble any time soon, but I’m scared for Oliver and Malfoy. Soooo, I had a thought. I tell Oliver to switch with Regulus and we vote for Regulus. Then, as soon as I sent it, I realised Regulus will not be going home so pretty silly. But… if Fleur is adamant to get rid of Malfoy, I might tell him to tell Oliver to switch to Malfoy during the challenge by referring to previous conversations. That way, they are both saved and Malfoy owes me until he tries to backstab me.

Yes. You can send any images in PMs, just not text. So anything the Ministers posted with the parchment, or anything the player who gave it to you said when they shared it couldn't be quoted directly.

Well… I maybe should have listened to Oliver before when he said to vote out Kingsley. NOOOOO that’s so annoying UGHH. Of course Shacklebolt had to mess things up.
