It's the middle of the week and the curveballs keep on coming! You've voted out another Side Buddy but gained a new one instead, and the Game keeps moving forward... At least you can always trust there'll be plenty to write about! ![:ha](http://storage.proboards.com/7158043/images/VOvCOHdjdczxDlacdwiV.png) 1. Talk us through the leadup to the Pyrites vote, from your perspective. How did it end up being a 4-2-1 split? Did you want to see Pyrites leave? 2. Did you expect Pyrites to get Cancelled or be saved by a Switch? How does having Kingsley instead now alter the dynamics? 3. How are you approaching this round's collaborative Challenge? Are you learning anything about your Side Buddies from the process? 4. What has been your approach to Owl Post and the Switch/Flick Charms since the Side Swap? What kinds of information is being exchanged, and could you benefit from a second Switch occurring? 5. Now that you've seen that events on one Side can quickly influence the other... what next? What will happen if your Side loses Immunity next? Who do you think is in trouble on the other Side?

1. Talk us through the leadup to the Pyrites vote, from your perspective. How did it end up being a 4-2-1 split? Did you want to see Pyrites leave? - So….like always, everyone suggest voting Malfoy out. It’s predictable at this point, but whatever. Like I get it, we don’t want to make a move and lose numbers, but if you’re boring, just tell me. And the thing is… I don’t think the other side is going to stay loyal to each other, so why should we? Anyway, mini rant over. So… I talked to Fleur and went through all the reasons why Pyrites was the move, and so I managed to convince her to switch from being adamantly stuck on Malfoy to voting Pyrites. The main wrinkle was… Dedalus was deadset on voting Malfoy, and Moody was Pyrites’ partner, so both were no go’s. So, I went to both Reg and Malfoy and told them to vote Pyrites, without telling them that they were voting with each other, because lets just say their not in love. This was dangerous though, because if they talked, and realised what me and Fleur were up to, they could’ve told Pyrites and Moody, and we would’ve been done. Luckily, this didn’t happen, and so a risky plan to vote out a player that did not in any capacity fit into my game was voted out. I was expecting a 4-3, but it turns out Pyrites randomly voted Reg, so there you go I guess. If you didn’t figure it out from this paragraph, yes, I did want Pyrites gone.
2. Did you expect Pyrites to get Cancelled or be saved by a Switch? How does having Kingsley instead now alter the dynamics? - Absoluetly no way in hell did I expect this. He was the Death Eater equivalent of Kingsley, and I wouldn’t have switched sides for Kingsley bahahha. Ironically, the two least active and influential players (From my perspective) switched, but threw a major wrench into my plans. The cogs we turning, rather quickly, and the wrench landed in the perfect spot and shut the whole machine down. What does Shacklebolt do for the dynamics. Well for me.. a headache! I really wanted to keep Malfoy until the merge, but now there is not chance he is even surviving one more vote. At least with Pyrites gone that was one spot closer to the merge and so we might’ve had a shot. But three magical councils is too long to keep him, so I’m going to have to concede him even though I don’t want to. The number one thing is my safety, and on that front, I’m sweet as can be right now.
3. How are you approaching this round's collaborative Challenge? Are you learning anything about your Side Buddies from the process? - Well, I didn’t have much approach. I went to bed last night with like 1 page, and woke up to 6, so it was already sorted before I could contribute. What it did show is 2 things. 1, people are DEDICATED. 2, some people here are defs challenge sweats, but this doesn’t concern me, as when have I ever been good in a challenge. I am to challenges as the department of mysteries is to challenges, SHIT. I think its quite telling, but I wouldn’t put much stock into it. I’m sure I want to win as much as everyone else.
4. What has been your approach to Owl Post and the Switch/Flick Charms since the Side Swap? What kinds of information is being exchanged, and could you benefit from a second Switch occurring? - For owl post, it has been posting to my former allies, so that our former Allies are still working with Fleur and myself. There is a lot of exchange on the dynamics of each side,, and how we all miss each other terribly. In terms of the switch/flick, I personally haven’t relied on it considering I’m in a fairly decent position, as I believe HK is as well. However, I hope to use it to my advantage at some point by potentially switching Oliver and Malfoy should we win this magical council and Oliver survives, so that both Malfoy and Oliver survive. In terms of a switch, I would be into it, although I’m not going to say I want one, because then I’ll look stupid when I swap into the minority bahahah. At this stage, the most important thing is making the merge, which I am in good stead to.However, I feel like a shake up could be really interesting for both you and us.
5. Now that you've seen that events on one Side can quickly influence the other... what next? What will happen if your Side loses Immunity next? Who do you think is in trouble on the other Side? - Next in trouble is Lucius. For a bit this morning, I truly thought me and Fleur were in trouble after what we pulled last night. However… Dedalus and Moody seem keen to stick with us, which relieves my concerns. The thing is, I think a power struggle is starting to emerge, between Fleur and myself, and Moody and Diggle. A Cold War is brewing. I just don’t trust Diggle. He says he is with me, but he just flip flops everywhere and I feel like he tries to play both sides and he keeps mentioning feeling on the bottom, which is a warning sign he will flip. I would flip on him first, but I can’t because the numbers are so tight at 7-7, and its too risky to take that risk. So that leaves Malfoy as the probable boot, with a 3-2-2 vote. I’ve done everything I could for him, but I can’t keep sticking my neck out for him. I have thought about flipping to their side, but I wouldn’t do it without Fleur’s approval, and she won’t be on board.
