It's almost time to finish this thing! All of you have cast a pre-vote upon admittance to the Wizengamot, but we would of course prefer that you hear what the finalists have to say for themselves, and then cast a new vote with a proper comment rather than a numbered list, even if you do not change your mind about who should become the Magical Prime Minister.
And I can see that you have already began your deliberations - please do continue them over the weekend and even while the FMC is running. Just keep them out of this thread, which I am reserving for the technical side of things such as announcements and scheduling.
Here is the procedure for the Final Magical Council:
At 6:00pm AEST Sunday 29 May I'll make a new Board for the Final Magical Council, and both finalists will post their opening statements.
From 6:30pm Sunday, you will each able to ask questions and make statements in individual threads which I will have already made. If you don't think you'll be able to come online and post something in your thread for the first few hours after it opens, I ask that you leave something in your confessional to be posted there on your behalf. The finalists asked for an early start so that they'll have sufficient time to answer all of you so please do have something prepared

You'll each have designated threads in which to address the finalists, and they'll then be able to respond (if you wish them to), and you will be able to follow up or ask for clarifications as well. You can also make mention of the players' opening statements, even if you prepared your initial questions before seeing those. The Q&A time will last until 8:00pm on Monday.
Note that your designated threads are Formal settings for an Official occasion. Therefore there should not be extended banter with the finalists or with other Wizengamot. You should also avoid commenting in other Wizengamot Member's threads, and should not mention or give an opinion about things which occur in those other threads; please save your commentary for this Wizengamot Board rather than the FMC Board.
Once every aspect of your questions have been answered, you should indicate that you are satisfied with the finalist's responses, and then avoid inserting yourself back into the process. Essentially, if you end up in a page-long back and forth with anybody you are doing it wrong. And if the finalists are unable to respond to everything before the discussion phase of FTC ends, you are also doing it wrong. Here I must also remind you to be mindful of the semi-live nature of this game, and that the finalists may not be available or online to respond instantly, or during the last hours of the Q&A time. That is why we want to ensure that all of you have something posted in your threads early on, even if you need to rely upon the Ministers to post it for you.
You can keep posting in your threads until 8:00pm on Monday, when the finalists will be able to post closing statements for all of you to read (if they have not already done so by then).
You will then have some time to review everything and to cast your votes for a Winner (i.e. vote for the player you wish to see win, out of Regulus and Yaxley).
The deadline to submit your Council votes will be 8:30pm AEST Monday.
Like your in-game votes, you may change your mind as many times as you like before this deadline - simply post a new vote and comment in your private Voting thread. And when the deadline arrives we will take the most recent vote/comment you have made, even if that is your pre-vote list from the night you were voted out.
The Winner Reveal will begin at 9:00pm Monday and will be followed by the associated festivities: a full Cast Reveal, the MVP results and the opening of the entire Board for all to see.
If you have any questions about this process, please ask them here.
