I'll hang around a bit and post some answers to all the questions you've been dying to ask, or simply enjoy your discoveries about the Board... but as far as the Official Proceedings of The ORG of the Phoenix go this is indeed The End. ![](https://i.imgur.com/BtVOgx3.png) Thanks so much to everyone who helped make this game such an magical experience! ![:lumos](https://i.imgur.com/6QU1N5T.gif) The quote above applies not just to the literal building of Hogwarts, but also the strange approximations of the castle we produced series, the fandom and now The ORG of the Phoenix. This board will always be here to come back to, as will all the friends we quite literally made along the way. ![:<3](http://i.imgur.com/L3NpwEv.gif)

Thanks again for that magical journey and experience, Peter Pettigrew. Also making that one challenge a charity makes a real change in not only the lives of us 20, the hosts and the spectators, but actually a change in the world - ever so slight it is - is something I will never forget ![:<3](http://i.imgur.com/L3NpwEv.gif) also what's that teaser about!?!???!!!

Also I can now finally post this for everyone, crediting all the wonderful artists whose work we used to bring this Game to life!
The original idea was to keep this list in The Three Broomsticks and update it as we went along and revealed more of the Challenge assets, but with the artists featuring in the Item hunt pre-Merge and a desire to keep things fully ambiguous post-Merge that wasn't viable. But I definitely want to give credit to all these sources, as well as the many others I looked through to find the best fits.

Also I can talk about some Item secrets if you like! Lily Potter wasn't the only one who asked, but she was the most emphatic on the point of too many Items being in play. So she gets the tag ![:P](http://images.proboards.com/new/tongue.png) Both Sides had and Item to find pre-Swap. Clues pieces combining to form a bit.ly link were given to anyone who sent Owl Post but didn't receive any, and the four clue pieces were randomly distributed among those who were eligible for clue pieces on each Side - so if four people needed clues, they each got a different one; if less than four people needed clues we randomly picked which one to leave out; if more than four people needed them we randomly picked which to duplicate. Then we distributed the clues randomly too, with the proviso that we'd redraw if necessary to avoid somebody getting the same clue more than once. The link led to the Portkey of the Phoenix board, where you used the clues to find the password and see the Puffs posting task. The second person on each Side to complete the task got the Item - this turned out to be Lucius (after Crouch) and Wood (after Lily). Things worked exactly the same post-Swap, so that we could see how people dealt with all those steps once they knew what they were in advance. The Vanishing Cabineted board was intentionally much harder to guess, and the clue pieces had smooth borders rather than jagged to indicate the change. The posting task involved Wrock albums, and while you still needed to be the second player on your Side to complete the task in order to claim the Item, there was only one Item available for both new Sides. (I was kind of surprised nobody put that together from the gif having both gold and silver on it?) It was found by Diggle (after Moody), and nobody at The Daily Prophet completed the task before the Merge. The Merge Item was set to only go into play once just one pre-Merge Item remained. This could have been as late as the Final Five (as the pre-Swap Items expired at Final Seven, and the post-Swap Item expired at Final Six). Whatever round that happened - this turned out to be Final Seven, after Diggle played his - anyone who sent Owl Post got the actual posting task instead of the bogus clue parchments, which legitimately had no meaning ![:lol](https://i.imgur.com/X4ixXao.gif) beyond hinting that maybe some clue would eventually come from the Owl Post and kind of daring people to give it up and regret it ![:P](http://images.proboards.com/new/tongue.png) The posting task for the Merge Item was significantly more difficult to get right (only Crouch and Lily were able to do so); you needed to find a way to count Death Eaters and Order Members so that only seven characters named in Wizard People Dear Readers would qualify, including Voldemort but not Harry/Ron/Hermione. Anyone who completed the posting task received an activation spell, which needed to be posted by a different player (and before anyone else's earned activation spell) in order for you to get the Item. Because of the Immunity Pairs being so impactful when the numbers dwindled, it was important to me that we always had an Item in play even at the Final Five, so that everybody had an even chance at one form of safetly, even if they got unlucky with the Pairs Draw and the successful Flick/Switch Charms. So had the Merge Item been found and played early and repeatedly, we would have re-hidden it, with more posting tasks at the ready involving the Hogwarts School RPG, the Australian tour of Potted Potter and Harry Potter and the Deathly Weapons (look it up!). We also had more deus ex machina Item gifs ready to hand out - on top of the Priori Incantatem one you saw in the Tiebreaker Duel, we had one for Best Friend Abandonment Before a Perfectly Timed Return and another for Accio Portkey Even Though it was Only Spelled to Go the Other Way. If you put all that knowledge together, you'll see that an advantagegeddon scenario where only one player is not Immune was never actually possible in the endgame, despite the Immunity Pairs twist. Almost as though it were planned that way ![:ha](http://storage.proboards.com/7158043/images/VOvCOHdjdczxDlacdwiV.png) The only real risk of that kind was the scenario where all three pre-Merge Items were found and kept in play until Final Eleven, then drawn onto the voting group with only five players, and all played - but the odds of that were exceedingly remote and even then there'd still have been one vulnerable person, unlike the S42 version of worst-case scenario at that stage in the Game (which could have theoretically produced a Tribal Council where every player present was Immune via a Challenge, Idol or Advantage).

And the last 'Production Secret' thing I can think of right now is the pre-Merge edition of the Switch and Flick Charms. Contrary to popular belief, the dates of the Swap and Merge were locked in, as well as every Challenge - they were all workable with plus or minus two people, based on if/when the Switches were used to save players and essentially postpone an elimination. (Even the Puppet Pals one, where we'd have required somebody to double up as Voldemort and one of the other characters.) We also had three separate versions of the letters, one each for a Swap involving 17, 16, or 15 players.
Where things got trickier was ensuring that we Merged with 12 players no matter what. In the event that Switch had already saved two players, the 'Side Advantage' Gift would have contained a second magical portrait instead. If neither had been used by then, we'd have cast them by default on both players voted out in Episode 8 and let them survive to the Merge (though this was considered highly unlikely to occur). And if - as was eventually the case - just one save had been used up, the Side Advantage would have determined who was Cancelled and who would survive if neither eliminated players had a Switch Charm cast upon them (also unlikely given how obvious it was that the Merge was imminent and that nobody would actually have to play on a new Side), or had both eliminated players had a Switch Charm cast upon them (but only if both Charms could be deemed 'equal', to avert an absurd result in the kind of case that actually occurred, where Karkaroff was the subject of a Switch Charm but only the one cast by Lucius, who - if that Charm were successful - would have been Cancelled because of his own Charm, given that Karkaroff's Side had won the advantage; instead Wood's Charm on Lucius was given precedence).
Finally, we also had a third version of the Switch/Flick Charms (well actually a second, but we skipped it) which would have gone into play if both saves had been used up earlier in the pre-Merge. It was essentially a mutiny option, and would have allowed players from different Sides to Switch places if they both cast Switch Charms upon one another in the same round, and then also both survived that round - as the Switch would take effect at the start of the following round.

Was it not possible for advantegeddon at f7 with 2 pre swap and 2 post swap idols (obviously daily prophet didn’t end up getting found) along with paired immunity, even if there was no merge idol?

I suspected that in the jury when Diggle played it as I saw it had both DoM and DP colours.

I suspected that in the jury when Diggle played it as I saw it had both DoM and DP colours. I guess the HII clue was just confusing because it simply said "the second player on your Side to complete the task will receive a Hidden Immunity Item" It's probably a good thing that none of us solved it lol. Because there would have been so much unnecessary chaos if we completed the task and didn't get anything and took that as confirmation that someone else on our Side had it
