I can confirm that the fighting pair was Lucius/Wood. It's endlessly fascinating because by the end they were both excited about having overcome more adversity than any other pairing, ostensibly making them strong moving forward... even though it was self-inflicted And Pyrites is typing in the blood of his enemies, obviously (Except for the times where he accidentally posts in navy blue and nobody can read it.) Up to the top of my favorites list, Lucius and Wood shall go!

Oh, also love Fleur's shtick of just italicizing or putting random accents on random letters.

Just delivered a fun first flurry of Owl Post! Some players tried to pass on messages from PBvO partners, others tried to make genuine connections, and others still were simply trolling. Somehow, seven of the ten Order Members sent Owl Post and all of them wrote to just three of the Death Eaters I don't have much time right now but may share some of the highlights with you guys later tonight.

Good first challenge. Would love to see the challenge questions once the round is over. We'll open the board up to you guys once the Challenge deadline has passed. I can also show you the tasks from the Day 0 counting Challenge if anyone wants to torture themselves with those? Torture? Sign me up! I never got anywhere in life by being afraid.

Unfortunate that two players had to drop out due to personal concerns. I was looking forward to learning about the horde of felines at Arabella's call, and Alecto seems pleasant. As pleasant as a witch could be, of course

All I know about myself is that I've fought in too many wars and can't cast a Patronus Charm unlike Salazar Slytherin This memory charm must have hit us portaits too. Perhaps I should consult a history book. Yessssss, you alwayssssssss were the inferior housssssssse.

I don't remember sssssssssssssshit about the lesssssssssser characterssssssss (She Who Must Not Be Named dessssssservesssssss only the worsssssssst) here to know if they are doing their rolesssssss well, but I am a big fan of one Hedwig'ssssssss Killer! We sssssssssshould all try to kill innocccccccent creaturessssssssss more often. I will be ussssssssing thissssssss ssssssssnake ssssssssspeech even though I already hate typing in it
The board looksssssssssss wonderful though, I never believed a proboardssssssssss sssssssite could look good. True witchcraft wassssssss performed here.

Indeed, kudos to whoever did the art. I admit I'm a bit boardist towards proboards, but this might make me change my tune. Sad that we did have those two quits but at least it happened at the start - I always hate when that kind of thing happens later on and people have been eliminated when they could have, in theory, outlasted the quitters. Wood's response to the Quidditch challenge I feel JUSTIFED in having him on my faves list now!

In the spirit of highlighting some other players besides the kilt boy and our champion, Hedwig's Killer... (except I look back now and see that most of them have already been highlighted...)
-Fleur Delacour and her accent do amuse me. Though I cringe at the Order's attempts to bond with each other and celebrate their victory, I can appreciate her ingenuity in incorporating some magic into her posts.. -Mad Eye rambling on about magic and trying to have his leader moment is amusing -Lucius Malfoy coining mugblood, however unintentionally, was a stroke of some brilliance
All in all, I find the level of detail and the complexities built into each challenge to be very impressive. I look forward to seeing these plebeians struggle against the elements

All the players have similarly dubiously-sourced quotes on their confessional boards. I’ll share them here at some point if you want to go down some more absurd rabbit holes.

Aberforth wasn't around so often and went more than a day without responding to some messages. He also didn't play some of the Challenges, though I'm not sure whether his Side Buddies caught onto that. Certainly he'd wouldn't have been the boot had Grimauld Place lost before now, but it reached a tipping point today and became an easy consensus.
I realise I haven't had time to update you all on game dynamics. Been kept far too busy by the cast. Will type something longer for you tonight once I'm up to date and things quieten down for the weekend.

Love the shipping challenge.
However who was responsible for Drapple? I had wiped that from my mind but somehow you managed to make me remember that through the obliviate. I am not happy to have remembered that...
